RETURNS POLICY

The quality of our products is something we take great pride in. Please notify us of any damage upon receipt — we will arrange for a prompt replacement. We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If, within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return for a refund. (Note: Shipping Charges will not be refunded.) Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

A 15% restocking fee is subject for returns that the customer claims has very little use. Also, there are no price adjustments on previously purchased products prior to any sales or promotions on stripebird.com.  

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Include the packing slip, along with reason for return. If you don't have the packing slip, please include your name, email address and order number if possible.

LIMITED ONE-YEAR AND TWO-YEAR WARRANTY

Stripebird warrants its products for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. We provide an industry leading two-year warrant on issues relating to magnets. Should your product fail to perform for either the above reasons, we will at our option, repair it or replace it with an equivalent product at no charge.

To obtain the benefits of this warranty, return the defective product, with the original receipt, to your place of purchase or send notice of defect in writing, with the original receipt, to the following address: 15 Gervais Dr., 7th Floor, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M3C 1V4, Attn: Stripebird Customer Service. Warranty claims presented without the original sales slip will NOT be valid. We reserve the right to inspect all warranty claims to determine the extent of warranty applications. All products for warranty claims become the property of Stripebird.

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@stripebird.com.
