FAQ
Use this text to share information about your product or shipping policies.
Will this work with my phone case?
Yes. The expandable grip fits all smartphones with or without a case, including thick cases like OtterBox. It's compatible with iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, and all other major brands.
What surfaces does it stick to?
The N52 magnets attach to any steel or iron surface — golf carts, iron club faces, refrigerators, toolboxes, and more. For non-magnetic surfaces like aluminum push carts or golf bags, pair it with a Stripebird Hub or Push Cart Mount (sold separately).
Will it damage my phone?
No. The magnets will not damage your phone, credit cards, or phone case. N52 neodymium magnets are the same type used in phone mounts across the automotive and consumer electronics industries.
How strong is the magnetic hold?
Very strong. The dual N52 magnets are rated the strongest commercially available rare-earth magnets. Your phone will hold firm over bumps, turns, and rough cart paths. If it ever doesn't, our Magnet Guarantee has you covered.
What's included in the box?
One Magnetic Phone Holder in your selected color and one premium dust bag for travel and storage.
Do I need anything else for it to work?
If your golf cart has a steel frame (most do), no — it attaches directly. For golf bags and push carts, you'll want to pair it with a Stripebird Hub or Push Cart Mount to create a magnetic mounting surface.
